The Gentlemen’s Expo, a 130,000 square foot trade show catering to everything that makes gentlemen tick, is back this weekend in Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and we’ve got the inside scoop.
It’s back and this year it’s bigger and better; The Gentlemen’s Expo kicked off two years ago as a celebration of everything “gentleman.” From fashion, tech, and sports, to food, sex and business, the annual event is the perfectly curated manly weekend. In its third year, the Gentlemen’s Expo is being held at the north tower in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre this Friday September 25 until Sunday September 27. At $30 per one-day ticket (or $60 for a weekend ticket), the lineup of people to see, things to do, eat and drink, and vendors to check out makes it the hottest ticket in town.
The lineup this year is not going unnoticed with showstoppers including Run DMC, Young Empires and The Luke Austin Band taking the stage to entertain the crowd. Sports lovers won’t be disappointed with the Sportsnet Central Lounge offering the latest sports news and video highlights as well as interactive sports games for everyone to get in on. Add to that special appearances from Marcus Stroman (Toronto Blue Jays Pitcher), Gregg Zaun (Sportsnet Baseball Analyst) and Ken Reid (Sportsnet Anchor)—plus we hear there are some surprise A-list guests making some special appearances through the weekend.

Returning for a second year is the KPMG Enterprise “Start Me Up” area, where Toronto startups will have a chance to win a spot to pitch their product or service to a judging panel of top executives live on stage.
For the single men out there, our Sex & the 6ix matchmaker Shanny in the City will be on hand to talk dating in Toronto and even make a couple of love connections. If sex is more your thing, the fabulous sexologist Dr. Jess O’Reilly will also be giving out tips and tricks that nobody should miss out on.
Other attractions will include booths offering some of the best spirits ranging from scotches, bourbons, whisk(e)ys, craft and big brand beers, wines, cocktails and everything in-between, as well as a cooking stage featuring some of Toronto’s top chefs from restaurants such as The Good Son, Khao San Road, Holy Chuck, Poutini’s House of Poutine, The Ace, and more.
Overall, the third instalment of The Gentlemen’s Expo promises to be a weekend to remember, chock-full of great entertainment. Ladies, note that this event is not only for the boys…there will also be lots of great things for you to do, and the eye candy shouldn’t be too bad either!
