It’s time! Go grab your black tie, heels, red lipsticks and (this year) a computer because motionball Gala is back! That’s right, the lockdown can’t stop us from enjoying an amazing event. The event will be hosted virtually on February 5th at 8pm with the official after-party starting at 9:30pm EST.
Bring luxury home and get ready to feel like you’re back in 2019 with this luxurious at-home gala. From entertainment to a best-dressed award, the motionball Gala will transform your living room into the Liberty Grand. In support of the Special Olympics of Canada Foundation, this event is worth all the hype.
Who is Motionball
Motionball is a national not-for-profit organization whose mission is to introduce the next generation of donors, volunteers and sponsors to the Special Olympics movement through integrated social and sporting events – aka their iconic, annual gala! Since 2002, they have raised over $14M for the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

The Event Deets
Although we miss dancing the night away with 2500 people, this year motionball will host their event virtually. The event will start at 8pm EST and the after-party will begin at 9:30pm. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive instructions to join the online event.
This will be their 20th annual event, hosted by CityTV’s Devo Brown, will feature entertainment from live acts including musical performances by Karl Wolf, Ammal and Skratch Bastid, stand-up comedy by Gerry Dee and a special performance by Special Olympics athlete Ari Reinoso.
