One of Toronto’s most magical and grand events was back for its 8th year! This summer’s Dîner en Blanc was held at the Steamwhistle Brewery and the setting and weather we just perfect. The secret location was revealed to guests the day before the event. As always, the attire was all-white everything and the beautifully dressed crowd was part of an evening with a well-curated dinner provided by The Food Dudes, amazing décor and a lot of wine.
The guests were spread out across the whole Steam Whistle Brewery, where they enjoyed a 3-course meal with the pretty Toronto skyline in the background. This year was the first Market Place Experience, which gave diners the opportunity to browse through the market and hand pick a selection of foods, cheeses, desserts, wine and even flowers courtesy of Tonic Blooms.
With the help of a food passport, people experienced different food stations. There was welcome champagne and varieties of hors d’oeuvres nearly everywhere, each as tasteful as the last. There were wine stations throughout the location, serving a glass that was a lovely pairing with all the delicious food. Some of the delectable items included cured meats, crackers and varieties of cheese from a cheese hut.

The impeccable dinner was followed by dancing and a great mix of music by the Raptors resident DJ. The traditional sparklers made an appearance after the sun went down. The party was certainly nothing short of good energy and great vibes all around. The 2000+ guests were all in good spirits and danced the night away.
Guests were encouraged to be creative with their dressing to compete for the title of ‘Best Dressed Male and Female’ by Yorkville Village.
The entire event was well organized with attention paid to every gorgeous detail, which made it a memorable evening for everyone. Here are some photos from the event and if you’ve never been, I highly recommend you check it out next year – definitely VIBE approved!
