This annual compendium of the most innovative and shockingly satisfying establishments in all the world is renowned internationally for showcasing the benchmarks of the previous year, and indicating the golden gains in the culinary industry.
This year, El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain takes top place, knocking Noma into the runner-up position and breaking its three-year first place streak. Alongside Mugaritz and Arzak, both in San Sebástian and taking positions 4 and 8 respectively, the Top 10 this year has Spain nicely positioned as one of the world’s dominating dining destinations.
