When it comes to breweries and beer halls in The 6ix, there are certainly no lack of choices. And its only gotten better with Charcoal Group’s Beertown location in Toronto, which opened to the public last month. The popular craft beer chain has multiple locations all over Ontario, including Guelp, London and Waterloo.

Beertown Public House
The restaurant serves a varying selection of beer, wine and cocktails. They do rotational and static pours and bottles. The options include pilsner, IPA, lager, cider and lots more. They also have a Boozeless Bevies list featuring non-alcoholic drinks. Root Beers, Knox Tart American Pale Ale, sodas and lemonade are some of the items.

The food menu is also extensive and caters to all. In addition to a regular menu, the Beertown location in Toronto offers separate ones for plant-based and gluten-friendly for their customers. The main menu showcases everything from poutine and fried chicken to burgers and big salads & bowls. You can find plant-based burgers, sandwiches and appetizers (nachos, grilled tofu salad, fried meatless chick’n sandwich) as well.
The city’s Beertown location is situated at 125 Wellington Street West and they’re open 11 am – 11 pm on weekdays and from 11 am – 12 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations can be made online on their website here.
