In a groundbreaking attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Macarena Dance, a massive outdoor dance party is set to take place this weekend. The attempt to create the World’s Largest Macarena Dance
The goal of the event is to bring together 2,219+ participants to dance together. DJ Starting From Scratch will be part of the event, together with The Wayback Group, they’re inviting the GTA and surrounding areas to join in on the attempt.
The event is happening on August 24 at Improve Canada. It’s located at 7250 Keele St, Vaughan and tickets for the event are free. Tickets for the VIP Lounge and VIP Booth for 10 with Bottle Service can also be purchased online through the website.

Once the record-breaking attempt is complete, the party will continue with an after-party featuring a lineup of iconic ‘90s musicians. Dance to the beats of Daisy Dee from Technotronic, Max-A-Million feat Amanya Amariel, and others. DJ Starting from Scratch will be playing, alongside DJ DBG.
The Macarena dance is not the only event taking place that day. Other family-friendly activities include a live wrestling event by Battle Arts Pro Wrestling, ’90s-themed performances, a marketplace, and several food trucks for F&B options.
