Dessert lovers, rejoice! There are lots of delicious treats to check out this summer, thanks to the endless number of dessert shops in The 6ix. One bakery in Toronto in particular is taking things a little sweeter through a new partnership. Biscotti Queen is teaming up with Creamery X to launch a special flavour of ice cream for the season.

The biscotti (a sliced cookie in the shape of an oblong) brand offers different flavours for this treat. And now, one of their flavours, Campfire S’mores is being made into an ice cream flavour called Queen of S’mores.
“Teaming up with Creamery X was an obvious choice, with shared business values and passion for desserts bringing people together, I’m thrilled to see this partnership come to fruition,” says Nancy Burkes, Owner & Pastry Chef of Biscotti Queen.

As for the flavour itself, it comprises of marshmallow fluff with handmade graham crackers. It’s also filled with chocolate chunks in a sweet cream, all with whipped custard ice cream.
“We love working with other small local businesses to create something unique and fun! We’re always happy to support other female owned businesses in their growth,” says Bonnie Gallant, Owner of Creamery X.
The exclusive flavour will be available at Creamery X starting July 20. The store’s located at 124 Jarvis Street. It also offers various flavours every month on a rotating basis. This month’s drops include Lemon Marshmallow Treat, Takes the Cake, Black Sesame Oreo, and more.
