Grandma Pizza At Real Sports
Grandma-style pizza originates from Long Island, NY and has come a long way to our city. What makes it different then other traditional pizzas is that its characterized by a thin crust and square shape. Although its still similar to other styles, its distinct in that its a softer bite and is topped with cheese first, then sauce.
Menu Items Include
- Cheese Pizza: with Marzano tomato sauce and organic full-fat mozzarella
- Pepperoni: topped with Venetian pepperoni and Bianca di Napoli tomatoes
- Beef Patty: zhuzhed up with braised brisket, short rib and a turmeric-infused vodka sauce.
