About the Cheese Boutique food truck takeover
The gourmet cheese shop is back again with yet another food truck takeover. This one’s part of the brand’s Cars and Coffee-NIGHT edition, for which it’s the fourth in the series. The takeover will take place on August 10 at 29 Ripley Avenue. The collaborator also participated in last month’s takeover and is well-known within the city’s culinary space.
Co-owner and chef of Karbs Catering & Private Events Erica Karbelnik, is taking over the food truck once again. Her husband, Chef Josh Karbelnik, is the other co-owner of the company.

“The event is a family fun event that will showcase classic, old school, muscle and just any type of car that is worth being showcased!” Chef Karbelnik shared with View The VIBE. “Anyone can bring down there cars.. there will be live music and of course… karbs catering on the food truck!”
