The star-studded hot spots are in abundance at this year’s TIFF. With the Soho House and the STORYS Building always being top choices for movie premiere after-parties, press junkets, photo shoots, and private dinners, this year The Trump International Hotel introduced America Restaurant and The Calvin Bar as TIFF destinations with over 20 private A-list events. The two new hot spots are a collaboration between Ink Entertainment and Oliver & Bonacini, who have managed to create a vibe that A-listers keep flocking to.
Stars including Richard Gere, Salma Hayek, Kevin Costner, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tobey Maguire, Denzel Washington, and more have been popping in and out of the famous hotel, all dining, attending private functions, or enjoying The Wrap’s “Drinking with the Stars” hospitality suite and AMC’s “Supper Suite.” Both suites have seen the likes of Kate Beckinsale, Cara Delevingne, and Keira Knightly, all looking absolutely stunning.
We also hear that Monday night another (first one being at Soho House) premiere after-party for 99 Homes went into the wee hours and was attended by lead actors of the movie, Andrew Garfield, Michael Shannon, and Laura Dern. Also in the house were Eddie Redmayne, Justin Long, Rob Pattinson, and Lil’ John. Guests washed America Restaurant’s tasty snacks down with Grey Goose fresh Grapefruit Greyhounds and danced to the sounds of DJ David-Alexandre Fain, who had the crowd going until late in the night… er… early in the morning.
