Baro
Looking to dine in one of the best Latin cuisine places in the 6ix? You must be thinking about Baro. Most recently, they have begun welcoming customers to their indoor dining space and that’s not the only change. Baro’s newest chef has created a reimagined menu which adds some Peruvian flair to an already eclectic array of dishes. They’re open from 5 pm on weekdays and from 11 am on weekends. Pennies
This is place to be for comfort food that’s easy on your wallet. The restaurant is most-known for the wide selection of meat sliders, veggie sliders and drinks. They offer everything from the Classic Hamburger and Buffalo Fried Chicken to Filet Au Fish and Coney Island Dog. There’s even some unique options for tater tots. They’re open every Monday to Thursday from 2 pm and Friday to Sunday from 12 pm.

Grand Electric
Did someone say tacos? If you’re a Parkdale resident or a frequent visitor to the neighbourhood, then chances are you’ve heard of Grand Electric. The restaurant specializes in all things tacos and quesadillas. The menu features Baja Fish, Cauliflower, Pork Belly and more. They also offer both gluten free and vegan options. The tacos joint is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm – 10 pm.
Must haves: Cauliflower Tacos, Spicy Squid Tostada
Honest Weight
This seafood spot at The Junction is more than just a counter selling premium fish. The menu also features dishes that highlight some delectable seafood flavours. Customers also have the option to opt for one of the daily selections of fish which comes with succotash and farro. Honest Weight is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 pm – 9 pm and reservations for indoor dining can be made via phone.

The Shameful Tiki Room
Step into paradise at The Shameful Tiki Room. The location and aesthetic pays homage to the classic American tiki bars. Aside from an assortment of unique and cool cocktails, the spot also serves snacks like Popcorn Cauliflower, Loaded Fries, Coconut Shrimp and more. They’re open daily from 5 pm and reservations can be made online here.

Foxley
The restaurant is known for their pan-asian flavours and dishes. The menu features a selection of meats, seafood, vegetables and desserts. They’re open for indoor dining Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm – 11 pm. No reservations are required.
