Radio Boka Tempranillo Vd Espana
When it comes to great drinking wine, Radio Boka is one of the best red wines we’ve tried that comes in a box! This makes it a perfect wine for every day of the week. This box will keep the wine’s flavour for up to a month and is also much easier to carry than the equivalent number of glass bottles coming home from the LCBO. This wine also comes in a 750 mL bottle, so you can trust that it has quality and great taste, all in one package! Radio Boka is medium bodied, with notes of dark cherries, red plum and strawberries. It’s fresh, delicious and convenient!
Can Sumoi Xarel-lo 2018
If you’re looking for a wine adventure, this Xarel-lo is truly a unique and charming bottle to add to your wine rack! A limited release to the LCBO, this wine is unfiltered and full of texture and flavour. This grape is typically used in the production of Cava, however, this is a version that is still complex, textured and delicious. Full of citrus on the nose and balanced with weight and viscosity on the palate, this wine will impress any adventurous wine lover.

Montecillo Rioja Reserva
This wine is a classic go-to bottle that constantly overperforms for its price. It’s great if you’re looking to upgrade your holiday dinners with something that is truly made to impress. With a little age and a little time in oak barrels, this wine is perfectly balanced, extra dry, yet smooth and supple, medium bodied with elegant structure and good tannins. I would recommend decanting this wine before serving it. It’s also a great bottle to gift!
Tío Pepe Extra Dry Fino Sherry
Sherry is a complex category, but the good news is that there is something in it for everyone! From dry Fino Sherry to cream sweet Sherry, this is a great category to explore. Sherry is made in the south of Spain in the wine-producing region of Jerez, also known as the sherry triangle. It is made in an ancient way using what is called the solera system, which means all the barrels are placed in a pyramid with the bottom row containing the oldest vintage for fractional blending across vintages. There is much more to dive into this category, but Fino Sherry is dry and can be a wonderful aperitif. It has floral notes with interesting aromas of toasted nuts and dough with soft dried chamomile.
Dominio de la Granadilla Verdejo 2018
The Verdejo grape is a fresh and interesting grape that grows in the Rueda region of Spain. This bottle was recently released in LCBO vintages and has amazing texture and weight. It has aromas of pear, melon and apple, and even some freshly dried herbs. It is fresh, yet balanced, with a creamy texture and great length and finish. A fantastic white wine!
