LYV Rosé
Not only an eye-catching bottle but the juice delivers! Hailing from the South of France the final wine is created by a Master of Wine and made with Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Get creative in your cocktail and sangria recipes, serve on ice or enjoy as a perfect dining pairing. Ideal with watermelon and cucumber salad, cedar plank salmon, stuffed pork tenderloin, BBQ’d shrimp and so much more! Reuse the bottle as decor, whether a vase or olive oil bottle – use your imagination.
Louis Bouillot Perle d’Aurore Brut Rosé Crémant de Bourgogne
Pop the bubbles all summer long. Head to Bourgogne, France for some of the best value traditionally made champagne alternatives. This Bruty Rosé has been on my ‘fav’ list for as long as I can remember and after a trip to Burgundy this past June, I’ve fallen even harder for it! Ideal as an aperitif, or fantastic with so many afternoon get-togethers! Pair the colour of this wine with anything ‘pink’ and have some fun, maybe even bust out your sabre to show off!

Arniston Bay Sauvignon Blanc
Arniston Bay Sauvignon Blanc is new to LCBO and is a wine that helps to save the endangered African Penguins. Made by a father and son duo, Arniston Bay Winery is located at the southern tip of South Africa offering a cool coastal influence on the final wine. Intensely aromatic, this wine has a truly gorgeous bouquet. Swoon and savour this wine with freshly shucked oysters, fresh seafood or cheese board.
Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir 2019
Made by 5th Generation Winemaker Joe Wagner, Belle Glos Pinot Noir is from California’s Santa Maria Valley. Santa Maria is the Central Coast’s first officially approved American Viticultural Area (AVA). Grape growing in the Valley can be traced back to the early Mexican Colonial period in the 1800s. The vineyards and wineries in the region were featured prominently in the hit movie Sideways. Easier to open than most wax seal wines, the custom tab makes it easy to open and also allows the wine to age and has a lower oxygen transfer rate than a cork or screw cap. Created to honour Joe Wagner’s Grandmother Lorna ‘Belle Gloss’ Wagner – co-founder of Caymus Vineyards and an avid lover of Pinot Noir the red wax seal is dedicated to the red lipstick colour she wore every day.
San Pedro 1865 Selected Vineyards Carmenère 2020/2021
San Pedro is Chile’s most awarded and sustainable winery. Made by winemaker Andrea Calderon, 1865 Selected Vineyards Carmenere is lovable wine that embodies the best of Carmenere. Once a lost grape and rediscovered in 1994, Carmenere is now Chile’s signature grape. A sibling to merlot, with soft tannins, fruit-forward aromas and a kiss of oak (it spends 12 months in oak barrels) this is a fantastic summer wine to show off to friends and colleagues.
