The all new, Ruffino Aqua di Venus Rosé 2021
If you had not heard, Ruffino launched an all new rosé, Aqua di Venus Rosé at the LCBO, that we got to sample earlier this week and LOVED it. The grapes for this pink wine come from iron-rich vineyards located in the southern Tuscan Maremma area. An eclectic blend of 38% Syrah, 31% Sangiovese and 31% Pinot Grigio. Can’t go wrong. Light, crispy and refreshing. Perfect with pasta and soft cheeses–or casual sipping on a patio or backyard under the sun. Ps. the bottle also looks great on display too!
