Superbowl Sunday is around the corner and I decided to ask my five favourite ladies to educate me about the fascination of chicken wings on this famous “game” day. Being a wine and cheese girl, the pairing of wings and beer is truly alien to me. So, a couple of weeks before Chrsitmas, Tiffany Mealia of www.ShesSoSavvy.ca, Valerie Stachurski of www.ImCharmingYou.com, Michelle Reiser of www.ViewtheVibe.com (;) and the lovely Twitter socialite Jordana Stein joined Sam and I on our quest to find Toronto’s BEST chicken wing.
What a day this turned into! First off, the ratio of 1 chicken wing to 1 beer (or in my case, glass of vino) made for a bit of a messy ending… which you will all notice while watching the vlog… We do get a little rowdier as the day goes by (therefore you are guaranteed a good laugh)! Second, I have discovered that wings are VERY different in every place and each truly have their own taste, texture and “kick”. Lastly, as I edited the vlog, I realized more and more what I truly believe – nobody can claim to be an expert in food because we all have different tastes. What is just “ok” to one person may be somebody else’s favourite. This vlog truly captures six girls all with different tastes and opinions. Can it really get better than that?! Watch us ladies drink beer, eat wings and get a little louder at every stop!
