Formerly known as Globally Local, the concept was initially founded in 2015 by James McInnes. From food trucks to a vegan drive thru and its own manufacturing centre, McInnes played a role in shaping the vegan food scene in not just Toronto, but across Ontario.

The meat substitutes are items like chickpea patty, marinated jackfruit, plant-based ham, dairy-free mozzarella and the works.
