Let’s get straight to what customers can expect from the newest addition to the city’s dining landscape. They specialize primarily in shabu shabu (a hot pot dish with thinly sliced beef and vegetables) and sukiyaki (slow cooked dish in a sweet sauce). The broth in particular isn’t all that thick, and is intended to complement the flavours of the meat rather than dominate.

The menu includes three different all-you-can-eat sets, which are basic, premium, and wagyu. There’s also a selection of soups, meat (beef, lamb), seafood (shrimp, squid, oyster, crab meat) and hot pot classics like dumplings and sausage. A good choice of vegetables is available as well, along with rice and noodles.
The all-you-can-eat Japanese hot pot restaurant is located at 390 Silver Star Boulevard and they’re open daily from 12pm.
