This appears to be an increasing trend, with cookie joints popping up all over the city. And speaking of popping up, one will be making an appearance at the Fairmont Royal York this month.

Colossal Cookie Company Pop-Up
The brand is known for their premium cookies featuring chocolate from Belgium, Switzerland and Italy. These handcrafted treats roughly weigh around four ounces. They also sell gift sets that come with an assortment of different flavours.

The pop-up experience is a new venture for the Colossal Cookie Company, who primarily has online operations. Starting today, customers will be able to find them at the Fairmont hotel, where orders can be placed and picked-up in 30 minutes.
Some of the available flavours include Double Chocolate Pecan, Birthday Cake, Dark Chocolate Fudge and more.
The luxury cookie pop-up will be operating for three months and is only available for pick-up. For those interested in delivery, you can check them out on DoorDash.
