The summer season means more time in the great outdoors with some cool, exciting events. On that list is the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (TOAF), Canada’s largest and longest-running outdoor art fair. Welcoming over 400 artists, the virtual event this year is set to take place from July 2-11.

To celebrate the Fair’s 60th anniversary milestone, they will be hosting the 60 Over Sixty exhibit, which features 60 notable Canadian artists. Those on the list include Barbara Astman, Robert Bateman, Suzy Lake and many more. The exhibition is available for viewing on the website. The artwork sales go live on July 2 at 11am.
Along with all the digital events and showcases, the Fair is also having an in-person showcase at stackt market for 10 days. The pop-up will include a rotating roster of artists every two days, whose works will be on display for purchase and for audiences to discover. StreetARTToronto will also be offering a virtual tour of stackt market’s murals created by StART artists.
For this year’s edition of the Fair, visitors can expect several talks and tours exploring topics from collecting art to NFTs and virtual reality exhibits featuring Tiffany Pratt (guest designer and television personality), Aaron Milrad (art collector and philanthropist) and others. More details of the programming can be found online.
