It is ice-cream season and what better way to celebrate than with Toronto’s 1st ice-cream festival! Hosted by Street Eats Market, the festival is taking place this weekend, August 15-16 from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Scarborough Town Centre.
Some of the city’s all-time favourite ice-cream makers are going to be there with new flavours and all the classics. The event is also set to feature other entertainment like music, savory food offerings and a photo booth.

As per the public health guidelines, all precautions have been put into place. Customers are to wear their masks and purchase all orders from the vendors directly at the festival. Each vendor will be 10 feet apart, along with flagged markers and over 50 circles on the grass for customers to help with social distancing. There are also hand sanitizer stations all across the area.
Admission for the event is totally free, along with free parking as well.
