Kensington Market’s Taiwanese hub, Light Café, began creating these unique brunch boxes last spring as a way to survive the pandemic restaurant closures. The breakfast feasts were an instant hit and have people lining up for, sometimes, hours to get their hands on a box. They are 5 different boxes to choose from: Smoked Salmon, Pulled Pork, Roasted Mushroom, Lobster and Mini Buttermilk Pancakes. Each box comes with a house salad, fresh butter croissant, bacon and sausage (can be substituted for veggies), your choice of eggs (including eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce… swoon) and your choice of side (with options such as crispy waffle fries… double swoon). The boxes are like your own mini brunch buffet and go for just $20 each!

These spectacular brunch boxes are available for delivery through UberEats and Doordash as well as for pickup when you order online but make sure to order a few days in advance.
