Prepare your taste buds for a gluten-free feast like no other as Toronto welcomes back its annual gluten-free food festival this month. From savoury dishes to sweet treats, attendees can expect a tasty adventure filled with creativity and flavour. This year marks the 11th edition of Gluten Free Garage, taking place during Celiac Awareness Month. The concept originated in 2012 and started as a pop-up gluten-free market.

“We’re excited to welcome back vendors who have been with us since our first pop-up market and to introduce a variety of new products and vendors, including artisan bakeries, restaurants, breweries and more,” RonniLyn Pustil, founder of Gluten Free Garage, said in a press release statement.
The event will host more than 70 curated vendors from across Ontario and beyond. There are going to be plenty of gluten-free options that get highlighted, like pancakes, tacos, pizza, and dumplings. The list of vendors includes:

There will be a food drive held by Celiac Canada, to help support a local food bank The Beeton Cupboard. It aims to help meet the demand for gluten-free food, especially at a time when communities are facing rising prices and food insecurity.

Tickets for the event can be purchased online through the website. General admission tickets are priced at $15, while children aged 12 and under can enter for free.
