Toronto is about to get a whole lot more festive with a brand-new holiday-themed pop-up bar opening next week! Ginger’s Cocktail Bar is opening up at Le Dolci Culinary Classroom & Studio, located at 12 Sousa Mendes Street in the Junction neighbourhood. Whether you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit or just seeking a cozy escape from the winter chill, this one comes complete with twinkling lights, festive décor, and a menu of seasonal drinks and eats.
What you need to know about Ginger’s Cocktail Bar
The pop-up will be adorned with Christmas décor, cheerful music, and holiday-themed cocktails. This includes:
- Christmas Island Cheer
- Snow Globe Frosty
- Sugar Plum Spritz
- Santa’s Red Slay
- Jingle Bell Sip
- Gingerbread Martini
- Sugar Cookie Shooter
There’ll be different alcohol-free beverages as well, like Hot Chocolate, Jingle Berry Sparkler, Jolly Apple Fizz, and Hug in a Mug. But what’s the holidays without something sweet to go along with your drink? The menu features several baked treats for the season:

“We’ve had so much fun transforming our studio into a Santa-approved, festive paradise to create a joy-filled experience open to guests of all ages – making it the perfect destination for outings with friends, colleagues and the whole family,” Lisa Sanguedolce, owner of Le Dolci Culinary Classroom & Studio, said in a press release statement.
Ginger’s Cocktail Bar is open from November 15 – December 24. They are open from 6 pm to midnight every Tuesday to Sunday. Kids can join in on the fun before 8 pm, after which the space becomes 19+. Reservations can be made online for $25, broken down into a $5 donation to The Daily Bread Food Bank, and the $20 to go toward your total bill.
