Foodies, assemble! Toronto’s culinary scene is about to get a delightful twist with a unique dinner collaboration that celebrates the best of both worlds: French and Québécois cuisine. This exclusive event will bring together two renowned chefs, one hailing from the refined world of French gastronomy and the other at the forefront of Québec’s gastronomy. Restaurant Lucie and Le Clan unite for an exclusive dinner
At the helm of this one-of-a-kind collaboration are Executive Chef Arnaud Bloquel (Toronto’s Restaurant Lucie), and Head Chef Stéphane Modat (Québec City’s Le Clan). The dinner is only happening for two days on April 16 and April 23. The first one will be at Restaurant Lucie, located at 100 Yonge St.
“I am extremely excited to work with Stéphane from Le Clan, giving me the opportunity to meet one of my colleagues from Quebec. Working alongside such talent is very special to me,” Chef Bloquel said in a press release statement.

The second night of the dinner is happening over at Le Clan in 44 Rue des Jardins over in Québec City.
“I’m super excited and happy to share the kitchen with some of my friends from Toronto. That’s what Le Clan is all about,” Chef Modat expresses in the statement.
It’s going to be a six-course tasting menu. There will be three dishes each from both chefs, along with wine pairings put together by sommeliers. To kick off the meal, there will be a welcome glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne.
Tickets for the first night of the dinner at Restaurant Lucie can be purchased online through the website. For the second night of the dinner, you can get the tickets at Le Clan online.
