You can exchange your old Coach bags (retail only) for credit. The purpose of the program is to reduce waste. The handbag brand will either recycle your bag or reimagine the bag. All you have to do is take your bag to a Canadian Coach retail store. If your bag is eligible you can receive a credit and use it towards a new Coach product. How does the Coach (Re) Loved Exchange program work?
Just bring your bag to any Canada Coach Retail store, and the team will take a look to see if it’s ready for a trade-in. Depending on its condition and original value, you can get a credit of anywhere from $10 to $250! And guess what? You must be a Coach insider to take advantage of the program. If you’re not already a Coach Insider, you can sign up now to get in on the action. Once you’ve got your credit, you can redeem it online or at any Canada Coach store.
What bags are eligible for exchange?
Coach is accepting non-exotic bags (Coach Retail only) that are in good shape or gently worn. The brand will accept the bag If it needs up to two repairs within their standard repair guidelines. Don’t forget to toss in that detachable strap if it came with one!
