2. Renovations
Can this ONE thing be FIXED? And if so, can it be fixed within a budget you’re willing to fork over?
3. Expenses
If your answer to number two was yes then it’s time to figure out how much that renovation will cost you. Keeping in mind that It may add value to your home. More than likely you aren’t the only one that wishes it was there or not there!
4. Your Timeline
Are you in a crunch? Adjust your expectations based on time. As your agents we will help in your timing of the market.
5. Is It Livable
So, is the rest of the home perfect in every way? Is this ONE thing a temporary hindrance while being temporarily livable? Food for thought… if the one thing you don’t like about a house is just a preference and you can live with it for a little bit. You can budget to have it fixed in the near future without letting go of this nearly perfect home.
