Last Monday I was invited to Posticino Ristorante to take part in a wine pairing dinner hosted by the Velenosi Winemakers. WOW. It was amazing. Four wines paired with four fantastic Italian dishes, live music and a vibe that screams small Italian town. I was amazed at the authenticity of everything – from the crowd, to the food, to the wine. I had the pleasure of meeting the winemaker herself – yes, it’s a she and she is gorgeous, charming and makes me want to move to Italy.
