If Halloween and sweater weather weren’t enough reasons to get excited about October, I’ve got another one for you. It’s the month of the Toronto Chocolate Festival! Oh yes, the city’s celebrating the beloved food item the best way it knows how; by hosting a festival for it. So it’s definitely a pretty good time to be a chocolate lover. Especially because you can even indulge in a chocolate afternoon tea in the 6ix.

Hosted by The OMNI King Edward Hotel, the experience will be available every Saturday and Sunday for the course of October. There will be a selection of chocolate pastries and individual chocolates that pair with the available teas on the menu.
The special offering is part of the Toronto Chocolate Festival, from October 1-31. The annual event usually also features other activities like a chocolate tour and chocolate ball, but has been postponed to 2023.
