It’s June and that means it’s the official start of Pride Month. Even though like last year, Pride is going to be different than past years, that doesn’t mean there won’t be any fun. To start off the festivities, it’s just been announced that Quo Beauty, the in-house beauty brand at Shoppers Drug Mart, has just launched its very first Pride collection.

The Quo Beauty Pride Collection is all about empowering beauty lovers to create unique and fun looks that use all colours of the rainbow. You can expect to fall in love with the selection of waterproof eyeliners, the gorgeous eyeshadow palette, eyelashes, brow stickers, nail polishes and accessories like a brush set, headbands, sunglasses and so much more. Plus, all the products are vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA-certified and they’re made with minimal packaging.
“With over 50 products, the Quo Beauty™ Pride Collection is one of the most colourful and playful collections in our history,” says Kelly Jessop, Vice President, Category Management, Shoppers Drug Mart. “It’s about inclusivity, acceptance, and the celebration of self love with a line that sparks creativity and is easily accessible to our customers.”

To really start the Pride party, Quo even teamed up with the famed drag queen and winner of Canada’s Drag Race, Priyanka. “I love creating new looks, and celebrating Pride lends itself to getting creative,” says Priyanka. “The range of bold colours in this collection really spoke to me, and I can’t wait to see what Canadians will do with it.”
Supporting LGBTQ2S+
Best of all, Shoppers Drug Mart is putting their money where their mouth is because the retailer is supporting the LGBTQ2S+ community by contributing 10 percent of all sales of the collection, up to a total of $20,000 to PFlag Canada. Shoppers will also be supporting PFlag Canada, PFlag Toronto and The 519 with a donation of $20,000.
The new collection is limited edition and it’s available to shop in-store and online at Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix but don’t wait because it’s only shoppable until June 18 or until supplies last.
