You might want to do a theme meet up with your friends. This is something you should talk about with them and let me know about them.

If you can steer to something a little more flexible, you can save money and prepare fun, but still on-budget birthday party.

Now, role-playing games are usually played with groups of up to about five or maybe six people. If there is more people and you still want to play a role game, it would be better for the teams to split.

You may want to have a small cake for the birthday to share with family after dinner, but consider cupcakes for the party. They are much easier to make and can be done in a variety of different tastes & ingredients.
