Check out Indie Alehouse in the Junction for the latest edition of their Kitchen Collaboration series, this time featuring a culinary mash-up between Todd Clarmo (Indie Alehouse Chef) and Paul Boehmer of Bhima’s Warung. The pair will be reuniting in the kitchen to prepare a special Indonesian fusion dinner served family style. Since Indie Alehouse is pretty much the center of the craft beer universe, there’ll also be beer pairings with all the dishes. Amazing? Amazing.
