First, they made a splash by bringing back the popular waffle fries. Now next month, they’re once again looking to unite Canadians with their annual McDonald’s McHappy Day®. Like in the previous years, the fast food chain donating a portion of the proceeds from the F&B items’ sales on the day in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®).
McDonald’s McHappy Day®
Buying your favourite McDonald’s meal isn’t the only way you can offer support to the charity. Clothing brand Peace Collective has also made available a limited-edition collection of various items. This includes sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers and more. You can also get your hands on some beanies, key chains and lapel pins. Shopping can be done online through the site here, with everything available until May 11 while supplies last.

There are different options when it comes to getting McDonald’s beloved food and beverage items. Purchases can be made in-store, at the drive-thru or using the McDonald’s app. If you’re using any of the major delivery platforms, then orders of $15 or more qualify for $0 delivery fees (before taxes and fees).
$2 donations can also be made in the days leading up to McDonald’s McHappy Day® which is on May 11. This might earn you a McHappy Day Heart, which comes with a “thank you” video.
