Another addition has now emerged in Toronto’s culinary scene, and we’re excited to provide you with all the details.
About Savor Thai Toronto
The restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Art – Prasopchok Trakulphat, the former Iron Chef of Thailand. Chef Art was also a producer and consultant for the judges panel of the culinary show, MasterChef Thailand. He opened Savor to spotlight Western and Eastern cooking techniques while also featuring the flavours of the ingredients from those regions.
The restaurant offers a tasting menu that’s set at $135 per person. It comes with two amuse bouches, an appetizer, a salad, a choice of main, a relish, a pre-dessert and a choice of dessert. When it comes to the main, you can select between the Smoked Chicken & Galangal, and Grilled Prawn & Tom Yum.
An a la carte menu is also available as part of Savor Thai Toronto’s offerings. There are starters, salads, stir-fried dishes, curries and desserts available. Pad Thai, fried rice, massamun curry, and mango sticky rice are among some of the all-time classic Thai dishes you can find on the menu.
For alcoholic beverages, Savor features the 9 Gems Cocktails collection. This means that each of the cocktails represents a gem, with its colours and presentations. One of them is the Amber drink, which has flavours of banana brûlée.
There are also non-alcoholic concoctions available that have been inspired by different Thai festivals. This includes Bun Bung Fai Fizz, which according to their post shared on Instagram says, “If you like a bit of heat, this drink sure goes a long way.”
The restaurant is open from 5:30 pm. You can make a reservation via Tock.
