Ramen Pudding
Just like the name suggests it’s a blend of noodles made from egg pudding and the base is mango pudding. In other words, it’s definitely bound to leave your tastebuds feeling confused. If you’re not a fan of mango as the base, don’t worry because you can get a crème brûlée version.

So where can one find this interesting dessert? All you have to do is head to the Asian cafe PannTea in Scarborough. Kurimi is having a pop-up at the cafe’s space for the next three months. But there’s a catch. They are only selling 20 portions of the ramen pudding dessert per day as it is time-consuming to create this handcrafted dish.
PannTea is located at 5651 Steeles Ave. E and they’re open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. They are also home to the popular Towel Cakes with different flavours.
