Café Boulud and Four Seasons Hotel Toronto are welcoming back celebrity chef and restaurateur, Daniel Boulud, for the first time since 2019. For one-night-only you can experience Chef Boulud’s celebration dinner which is sure to be full of delicious meals and an abundance of champagne! This dinner will take place on Wednesday, September 15th, in partnership with world-renowned Champagne house Maison Ruinart.

A Night To Remember
This night will be a night to toast to Chef Daniel Boulud’s return to Toronto. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, or Ruinart Rosé Champagne, will accompany each expertly prepared dish.

Please note seating is absolutely limited, so we suggest getting tickets while you can. The dinner with include a four-course prix fixe menu including Ruinart pairings, costing CAD $290 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuity.
The Menu
Chef Boulud’ menu will feature a variety of mouth-watering dishes. After all, we would expect nothing less. Dishes like Kataifi crusted sole filet with early fall squash and chorizo cream can be expected. Served with spiced duck breast, braised celery heart and spinach subric and lingonberry jus.

Here is a sneak peak of the dessert menu to satisfy your sweet tooth at the end of the night. Guests can enjoy Araguani chocolate profiteroles with Hennessy XO ice cream and candied orange. As previously stated, the meal will be pair with Ruinart champagnes including: pomegranate, guava, rose, pineapple and white peach. Each champagne was chosen to perfectly complement the flavourful dishes.
