Anybody up for letting their taste buds go on a noodle adventure? If so, then you might want to check out DaiLo’s latest weekly popup. DaiLo Kitchen’s Chef Nick Liu has been running the popular DaiLo PopUp Noodles as a result of the pandemic. And now for the latest week of the project, diners can enjoy an all-new Vegan PopUp experience. Yep, you heard that right! Asian comfort food with an innovative twist.
The vegan menu brings with it creative dishes, including Vietnamese Crispy Spring Rolls with SuperVega. It is a new plant-based alternative to meat when it comes to choice of protein. It is also the newest addition to grace the DaiLo menu this year. Other dishes on the menu include Truffle Fried Rice with BBQ protein.
Another exciting main course dish, naturally involves noodles. The Mapo Crispy Noodles is a blend between homegrown flavours and finishes which are a classic DaiLo signature trait. As with their popups to date, this weekly edition will also be operating out of HotBlack Coffee as “Dailo North”. You can find them on 1993 Yonge Street, every Thursday to Sunday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, until April 4, 2021.
