As November draws to a close, men across the world are beginning to once again dream of a life without itchy, awkward facial hair. Movember has been in full swing for the past month, encouraging lads to grow out their beards to raise funds and awareness in support of male-related health causes including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental illness. To date, over 4 million moustaches have been grown and $574 million raised to aid over 800 programs in 21 different countries. Pretty great, right?

That said, come December, the Santa Claus look may not be everybody’s aesthetic. Given the cold, dry climates we endure rotating between the outdoors and hyper-heated offices, shaving can become a painful, ugly process. In-grown hairs, redness, irritation, and bleeding are commonplace and uncomfortable if the epilation routine is done incorrectly. Not so great, right?
