Move over Uncle Tetsu, you’ve got some competition headed to town.
Pablo, the world famous Japanese bakery known for their signature soft and creamy cheese tarts, is headed to North America and Toronto is their first stop! The cheese in the tarts is described as “airy and velvety” – a taste like no other. Aside from the original flavor, the tarts also come in varieties like strawberry, chocolate, and – get ready to freak out – matcha. In addition, the bakery also serves up a rich line of pastries, cookies, soft served ice cream and cheese puddings.
The opening of North America and Toronto’s first Pablo is slated to open in April or May of 2017 at 116 Dundas St. West inside the old Spadina Garden restaurant.
