Our crew tried 4 refreshing cocktails – there is something for everyone on the menu. If you like something fruity and sweet, we recommend the Strawberry Cobbler. It is fruity and the graham cracker rim makes it taste like dessert in a glass. If you like a more refreshing cocktail, try the Cucumber Stiletto. It tastes like spa water with a twist. If you like margaritas but want something a little different, then the Paloma Escobar is the perfect drink. It has the bite of a margarita with a grapefruit flavour. Finally, if you are a more traditional cocktail lover, but still want to go outside of your comfort zone, the STK Mule adds chartreuse to the standard Moscow Mule recipe to liven it up.
The pre-dinner shareables do not disappoint and it is a great way to try STK’s lighter fare. Everyone from meat lovers to vegetarians will love the menu. Our favourites were the oysters and the giant prawns from the shrimp cocktail – the presentation was next level! The Tuna Tartar Tacos are perfect for sharing. Vegetarians will love the Jalapeño Cheddar Grit Croquettes. They are crispy and creamy with a hint of spice. Last, but not least, you have to try the Tater Tots – it’s a gourmet spin on this comfort food.
