STK Yorkville is truly a steakhouse like no other — except at their many other locations in Miami, New York, LA, Dubai, Ibiza and more of course. A mix between a cool lounge and high-end steakhouse, it offers diners a night that will satisfy all of their senses. STK’s sleek design and location in the heart of Yorkville, takes luxury dining to another level.

The Eats

STK is known for its juicy, perfectly prepared steaks. Their Prime beef is raised in the heartland of America, while the filets are Canadian AAA Black Angus cows raised in Collingwood Ontario and free of byproducts and hormones. The toppings are also to-die-for with options like Canadian lobster and truffle butter. Your mouth will water as you cut into your hot steak and potatoes.

Must Haves

With the plethora of steaks and seafood on the menu, it may be hard to pick, trust us we’ve been there! Fortunately for you STK offers the best of both worlds with their steak topped with shrimp. The warm, salty, umami flavour is perfectly paired with a dipping sauce or side of veggies.

Don’t Forget Dessert…

Although STK is known for its dinner and drinks menu, it really is a sweets lover’s paradise. Choose from a variety of cakes and donuts, or go for our favourite- the chocolate chip cookie. This huge freshly baked cookie is served in a single-portion pan with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce. It’s like Santa Clause’s dream.

The Drinks

Looking for the perfect pairing to go along with your dinner? STK’s cocktails, although on the pricey side, are sure to refresh you with their unique flavours. The crowd favourite Strawberry Cobbler is made with belvedere vodka, graham cracker crust and fresh muddled strawberries, which makes it kind of healthy? That might be a stretch, but it sure is delicious.

If you aren’t looking to have a full meal, grab your friends and head over to STK for their happy hour. Every Monday through Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., enjoy half priced drinks and bites specials at the bar and lounge. This is your time to relax after a long day, or prepare for a long night ahead, we’ll leave that up to you.
