The 2015 VMAs (aka Miley’s Night of Insane Outfits) took place last night in Los Angeles, and the red carpet came alive with flashbulbs, stars of film and music, and stunning outfits—and then there was Kanye in his comfy gray sweats (you go, Kanye).
As per usual, the MTV Video Music Awards were full of excitement: Kanye announced his plans to run for president in 2020 during his acceptance speech; Nicki Minaj and T. Swift buried the hatchet; and during her own acceptance speech, Minaj referred to VMA host Miley as a “bitch.” And never fear, there was a nipple slip as Miley Cyrus offered the audience an unintentional peek when she was changing backstage. Phew. All in all, an excellent evening.
