The Rosé Picnic: A Premium Event Like No Other
The 2018 Rosé Picnic in Toronto gives a whole new meaning to the word picnic. Canada’s largest rosé festival will be held on Aug. 11th, 2018 at the beautiful and newly restored Stanley Barracks at Hotel X. Rosé all day is not just a saying here – going from 11am to 11pm, the grounds will be filled with a sea of pink with over 3,000 of Toronto’s most laid back wine enthusiasts soak up the summer enjoying dozens of rosés paired with Chef Mark McEwan’s iconic signature dishes from the likes of ONE Restaurant, Bymark, North 44, Diwan and Fabbrica. And for every ticket sold, $2.50 will provide a meal for a child through Feeding Canadian Kids (details below).
The Food
We got a little sneak peak of the carefully curated signature dishes by Chef Mark McEwan himself and rosés that we can expect to indulge in and they did not disappoint. Taking from last year’s successful inaugural event, the food concept will be set up more like food stations so you can come and go as you please and eat as much as your heart desires. Here are some photos to get your mouth watering…
