Haven’t we all dreamed of stripping naked and riding our bikes around Toronto? Okay maybe there are just a select few who are interested in doing that but they’re in luck! The World Naked Bike Ride is returning to Toronto this spring! If being completely naked is a bit much for you, don’t fret because the dress code is “as bare as you dare.”

The World Naked Bike Ride
On June 11th, participants will gather in Coronation Park at 10am for body painting before the naked bike ride kicks off at 1pm. The ride itself is a protest focusing on issues such as the over usage of oil, urban pollution, cycle safety on roads, and is mean to encourage body freedom for everyone. Can’t go wrong with that, right?

The ride follows a route around downtown that crosses through major areas such as Yonge-Dundas Square, The University of Toronto campus, City Hall and more! With a finish line at the Jack Layton Memorial Ferry Docks, riders typically head over to Hanlan’s for some time on the beach after their ride. Did we forget to mention Hanlan’s is a clothing optional beach on the island?
If you’re interested in participating in the ride, you’re in luck because there is no registration required! Just grab your bike, helmet and strip down to whatever amount of clothing makes you feel comfortable.
