Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes worked hard, pushed forward and focused on their growth during the pandemic and now, they’ve just announcing their international expansion with the opening of its first location in Xiamen, China.

Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes opened its first location on Bloor Street West in 2018 and since then, Torontonians have gone crazy for the signature Japanese souffle pancake.

Fuwa Fuwa translates to “fluffy fluffy” and let me tell you, that they are. I got the pleasure of visiting one of their 4 GTA locations and I was impressed. Service was amazing, and taste was even better.
Each souffle pancake is made fresh right in front of you and depending on which menu item you chose from, you’ll get fresh fruit, whipped cream, ice cream, fruit preserves and even Nutella! If you’re feeling for a dessert date night, but want to try something different, you need to check them out. Their Midtown location is offering outdoor patio seating too.
