As Torontonians, we’re lucky – the beer scene in the city is abundant and bursting with many different flavours. There are so many breweries to explore, from established names to hidden gems. And, with Destination Toronto’s latest release, making your way to all of them just got a lot easier: The new Brew Pass lets ale fanatics explore the city’s offerings on their terms.
All about Toronto’s new “Brew Pass”
The pass operates digitally but, unlike boarding passes and other tickets, doesn’t require a download. It also allows users to visit up to four of the city’s breweries in 24 hours, with several lengths of pass activation and eligibility available. A whopping 23 breweries are partnered with the pass, meaning a good portion of the city’s offerings are open and ready to explore.
“Almost every neighbourhood in Toronto has a brewery, often with unique brews or compelling stories that bring the city to life through each sip,” Andrew Weir, CEO & President at Destination Toronto, said in a statement. “The Toronto Brew Pass provides an opportunity for visitors and residents to sample local ingredients and brewer innovation while exploring the diversity and vibrancy of the city.”
