It’s finally that time of year when going for after-work drinks with your colleagues no longer means you have to hop in a cab that’ll take you somewhere walking distance just so you don’t freeze your cojones off. Seemingly in celebration of this glorious season, your favourite restaurants, bars, and lounges have started rolling out their spring drink deals! Hello, cheap booze. We’ve missed you. We suggest yelling over the cubicle right now to start making plans to indulge in Toronto’s best after-work drink deals at these fine establishments this spring 2016. See you there.
The Calvin Bar
Head to the Calvin Bar during the week between 4pm and 7pm and make your cocktail a double for the price of a single. Cocktails range between $12.00 and $17.00.

Beaumont Kitchen
Located in Sherway Gardens, the newly opened Oliver & Bonacini restaurant is wowing crowds with their spin on West Coast cuisine but it’s their daily drink specials that get patrons to stay! Throughout the week, they have drinks ranging from $5.00 to $8.00. Our suggestion? Head there Wednesday for half price bottles of wine or visit for weekend brunch and sip on $5 caesars and bellinis. Check out their daily drink special menu here.
Montecito
You can’t go wrong with popping into Montecito’s brasserie during the week; they’ll be hosting a special of the day throughout the spring months. Here are some of our favourite days to take note of: Mondays are their Burger & Beer night, where you can get a pint of Steamwhistle as well as a burger and JW potatoes for $20.00. Sharing is caring on Tuesdays at Montecito, sharable carafe’d cocktails are $20. For those who can’t live without their vino, stop by for Wine Night Wednesdays for 1/2 price bottles or swing by Friday between 5pm and 7pm for buck-a-shuck oysters and 1/2 price bottles of champagne. You’re welcome.
Luma
Those heading home from the financial district should consider making a pit stop at Luma. Every Monday through Friday guzzle down Magic Hour specials including $5 Martinis and Manhattans at the bar, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
Earls King Street
Let’s be real: you can always count on Earls to turn “just one drink after work” into a “night out on the town,” especially with their Happy Hour every day from 3:30pm to 6pm. Daily drink specials range between $1 and $7.

Boehmer
If you’re in the Ossington area looking to get your booze on while keeping your wallet in tact, head to Boehmer on Tuesday nights. You can look forward to 1/2 price bottles of wine, $22 lobsters and buck-a-shuck oysters. The restaurant recently made Canada’s Best 100 Restaurants so you know it’s gonna be good!
Brassai
This joint is better known for their late night weekends and boozy brunches than their after work dinner service but this is a deal we can’t resist! Join Brassai every Tuesday for Wine & Tease Tuesdays where they serve up 1/2 price bottles of red and white wine.
Dog & Bear
Get over a case of the Mondays at Dog & Bear where they’ve got 20 beers on tap and pitchers are only 10 bucks. Tuesdays aren’t so bad either – all tall cans are only $5 . If a liquid dying isn’t sustaining enough for your after work cravings, Dog & Bear offers a burger and pint for $15 on Wednesdays and fish n’ chips and pint on Fridays for the same price.
