When it comes foodie events and parties, Toronto sure knows how to throw a bash. Especially for an event like Cinco de Mayo, where restaurants have plenty of offerings either on their own or through collaborations. KITCH Catering and Mom Halo have formed one such partnership to host a Cinco de Mayo gathering as part of the celebration.

Taking place at the Starving Artist, the event invites guests to enjoy some delicious Mexican flavours. The best part of this whole thing? Unlimited food! Yep, you read that right. We’re talking unlimited servings of tortilla chips, tacos from the designated taco bar and churros. Drinks are also available in the form of margaritas and mojitos.
The filling options for the tacos include shredded chicken, pulled pork ground beef or vegetables. As for the churros, they’ll be covered in different sauces like caramel, strawberry and chocolate. The tickets are priced at $50 for just the food and the one for food and two drinks together is priced at $75. KITCH Catering’s owner, Bryan Jackson, is also the one behind the Starving Artist restaurant. Jackson’s catering company has served different clients over the years, including Moet & Chandon and Holt Renfrew. They also offer meals for delivery through rotating menus. The next one is set for May 12, featuring a selection of breakfast items, soups, pizza, and desserts. This includes meals that can be reheated as well.
