What happens when Vancouver’s Chef Makoto Ono (PiDGiN) partners with Chef Grant van Gameren of Toronto’s Bar Isabel? A mighty explosion of super-flavours! And one that Vancouver palates have never experienced before.
On Wednesday, May 7th – for one night only – these two magnificent taste creators are collaborating for an evening of gastronomic delights, exclusively for Visa Infinite cardholders, and as part of the Visa Infinite Dining Series. Both chefs were included on enRoute Magazine’s list of Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2013, so you can just imagine how special an evening this will be.

Each of the hush-hush courses (try though we might, we just couldn’t get them to dish on any part of the meal!) will be carefully matched with unique beer, wine, cocktail, and sake parings.
Just in case you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past couple of years and aren’t familiar with these culinary geniuses, here’s the mini-scoop…
