If we’ve missed anything this year, it’s definitely been group fitness. Of course, there are Zoom workouts, IG lives, and all that, but until Stage 3 comes into action here in TO, we’ll just have to wait to get back to our regular gym routines. However, thanks to the gorgeous summer weather, outdoor fitness classes are plentiful. If you want to get into the swing of things with a great fitness class, you need to know about the SWEAT x SOCIAL events promising Torontonians a fun way to get in a great sweat with some fitness pros.
Hosted by Canadian vodka soda brand, SoCIAL LITE, the series is happening throughout July and August the Lakeview Pool Lounge at Downtown Toronto’s Radisson Blu over the course of 6 weekends.

Even better, each series is hosted by one of Toronto’s top trainers from BOLO’s own Caleigh Rykiss and even founding Barry’s Bootcamp trainers Karina Vee and Chris Lewarne to name a few.
The event will be running every Saturday from July 10 to August 21 starting at 10 a.m.–minus the August long weekend. Tickets retail for just $22 and the spots are filling up fast!
Aside from all the obvious benefits, It’s all for a good cause too because 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Bootcamps for Change, a local Toronto organization that facilitates in-shelter health and employment programs for at-risk youth in Canada.
