With an incredible body and a great sense of humour, Beverly is one unstoppable Toronto woman. During the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Beverly offered free at-home workouts to help Torontonians get through our first lockdown. You should follow Beverly for her impressive, yet achievable, workouts, kind and welcoming personality, and ability to motivate you to workout and eat right.

Phil Mackenzie (@leansquad)
Phil is hands down my favourite male fitness influencer. Like Beverly, Phil also highlights the balance between physical activity and eating healthy. He shares incredible “lean” recipes that are low calorie, easy to make, and most importantly – delicious. Phil’s motivational yet hilarious posts can always put a smile on my face and make me want to go do a workout. It gets even cuter when his wife and three boys are featured on his page. Outside of IG, Phil offers workout programs on his site as well.
Cassie Day (@cassiedayyy)
Cassie Day is a Toronto-based fitness influencer dedicated to helping you become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of yourself. Founder of @alldayfit.co, Cassie is a personal trainer, coach, and one strong woman. Cassie currently offers two in-person workout programs in Toronto, along with one over zoom, via the link in her Instagram bio. Cassie’s Instagram features at home workouts, quick and healthy recipes, as well as cute content of her around Toronto with her friends or boyfriend.
Jessica Webb (@jess_move)
Jessica is a personal trainer and coach with Lift Corktown in Toronto. She is the co-founder of Move Coalition and posts workout videos to their YouTube Channel. Her posts include straightforward workouts, inspirational captions, and general Toronto lifestyle.
Oditte Odisho (@bodybyod)
Oditte posts quick and easy at home workouts and fitness and lifestyle hacks. Workout videos, taken from her TikTok account of the same name, are really impressive.
